Heilongjiang Drafts Green Organic Food Standards

The provincial government of Heilongjiang recently released a document on the drafting of green organic food standards, which aims to draft standards for 340 kinds of green organic food. The standards would be developed based on principles of innovation and openness. Local standards would mainly address food testing and logos. The new standards will be in accordance with current national, industry and local standards. It will cover key fields, advanced products, key production process, technological index and testing methods.
